MAC RECEIVES A COURTESY VISIT FROM FRENCH EMBASSY DELEGATES
The Malaysian AIDS Council was honoured to receive a courtesy visit from Ms Emmanuelle Marchand, the Counsellor for Cooperation and Cultural Actions, French Embassy in Malaysia. The visit was aimed to strengthen the relationship and to explore possible collaboration between both parties in the near future. Associate Prof. Dr Raja Iskandar Shah Raja Azwa, President of MAC welcomed the delegates, hoping this visit will give benefit the MAC community and the French embassy.
Also present during the meeting were Dr Valérie Barbosa, Co-Director and Attachee for Cooperation in Science and Higher Education and Malaysia-France University Centre (MFUC); Ms Clarisse Veylon-Hervet, Global Health Advisor, Southeast Asia, French MoFA, Ms Anushiya Karunanithy, Head of International Relation & Special Initiatives as well as Executive Director Mr Parimelazhagan Ellan, from the Malaysian AIDS Council.
